Jessica Olivia accepts a limited number of bespoke commissions each year, allowing each project to be approached with complete creative focus and intention. For those drawn to her signature style and seeking something truly distinctive, each design is thoughtfully developed to reflect your story, brand, or occasion with clarity and character.
From initial announcements and invitation suites to event stationery, signage, and bespoke details, every element is considered as part of a wider visual narrative. I work closely with my clients throughout every stage of the design process, offering a highly personal and considered approach from the first ideas through to the final details. My role is to help refine your vision, bring clarity to your references and translate the things you are naturally drawn to into a cohesive visual language that feels entirely your own.
Stationery is often the first glimpse your guests have into the world of your wedding, and I believe it should set the tone for everything that follows. By considering paper, illustration, typography, colour and detail from the outset, we can create a visual identity that carries beautifully throughout your celebration, from the invitation suite to the smallest day-of touchpoints.
The result is a wedding that feels thoughtful, contemporary and deeply personal, with every detail connected by a sense of place, personality and your story.

Once I’ve received the details of your celebration, either through my enquiry form or directly from your wedding planner, I’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the scope of your stationery, estimated investment and an available design start date.
From there, we can refine the details together, arrange a consultation to talk through your ideas, or, if everything feels just right, approve the proposal and secure your place in the studio diary.
As every proposal is prepared individually and with care, please allow up to ten working days to receive your quote.

The creative process begins with a relaxed Google Meet, where we’ll talk through your ideas, inspiration, priorities and the overall feeling you want your stationery to create.
From there, I begin with the main invitation, using it as the foundation for the wider visual direction of your suite. You’ll receive an initial design concept, followed by two further rounds of refinement where we can shape the details together, incorporating your feedback and making any final adjustments along the way.
This stage is where your ideas begin to take form and the visual story of your celebration starts to come to life.

Bespoke wedding stationery commissions begin at €1,500.
Every suite is created individually, with pricing shaped around the scale, complexity and level of detail involved. Your bespoke invitation suite can include custom illustration, artwork and design across your main invitation, coordinating details card, envelopes and envelope liners, creating a beautifully considered and cohesive first impression of your celebration.
Most couples choose to build on their invitation suite with additional stationery and day-of pieces, allowing the visual identity to carry seamlessly throughout the wedding.
Paper, specialist printing, finishing and production are quoted separately, depending on the materials and techniques selected.

I also design complete day-of stationery collections, carrying the visual language of your invitation suite through to the wedding itself. This can include menus, place cards, table numbers, seating plans, welcome signage, ceremony stationery, bar menus and other bespoke paper details.
Day-of stationery is designed and priced separately, depending on the pieces required, quantities, level of customisation and production involved.

Creating beautiful stationery is only one part of what I do.
I bring a broad knowledge of colour, typography, paper, texture, print finishes and production to every project, helping you make considered choices rather than simply presenting you with endless options. From finding the right shade of ivory to choosing between letterpress, foil, embossing or a beautifully textured stock, I’ll guide you towards the details that will work together most successfully.
My role is to take your ideas, references and personal style and refine them into a cohesive visual language that feels distinctive to you. I’ll advise on colour combinations, proportions, materials, finishes and the smaller details that can completely transform a piece.
Because I design both invitation suites and day-of stationery, I’m also able to think about the wedding as a whole. Your stationery can evolve naturally from the first invitation your guests receive through to menus, place cards, signage and the final details they encounter on the day.
It’s a collaborative and highly personal process, but one where you can rely on me to bring experience, creative direction and an understanding of what will not only look beautiful, but work beautifully too.
