Jessica Olivia is a calligrapher, painter, and digital artist known for creating distinctive event stationery and designs. Her work is inspired by whimsical and vintage childrenβs book illustrations, botanicals, vintage French flair, and neoclassical motifs, blending timeless elegance with a touch of imagination.
She takes great joy in getting to know her clients and listening to their diverse experiences, perspectives, and cultural backgrounds. Jessica finds bespoke projects both fascinating and rewarding, as they result in designs that authentically reflect each clientβs individuality, and often carry just the right hint of mischief too.
Based in Dublin, Jessica lives with her husband Mark, their two sons, and two dogs.

Pricing & Investment
Every bespoke project is a little different, and pricing depends on the specific pieces you choose,
the level of detail involved, and the printing methods selected.
Most of our couples invest from β¬3,000+ across their wedding suite and on-the-day pieces.
All of our stationery is designed, printed, and assembled with love in Dublin and happily shipped worldwide.
The Bespoke Process
Bringing your vision to life, step by step.
1. Enquiry
Start by filling out my enquiry form so I can check availability for your event and provide an initial quote.
2. Booking
Once I have a clear understanding of your needs, Iβll provide a detailed quote.
3. Design Consultation
Weβll schedule a short video or phone call to discuss your aesthetic and overall vision. Iβll guide you through everythingβfrom design ideas to wordingβso you feel confident every step of the way. Itβs also a great opportunity to ask any questions. To secure your booking and move into the design phase, deposit is required.
4. Design Phase
Iβll send you your booking agreement and tracking files- then on to Design, which is my favourite part!
Iβll set aside time to create your designs and provide two options based on our discussions. Ideally, Iβd have your final wording at this stage, but if not, Iβll use placeholder text, and we can refine it later.
5. Refining
This is where we fine-tune the design together, making any necessary artwork adjustments to ensure itβs perfect.
6. Proofing & Approval
Iβll send a final proof for your approval before production begins.
7. Print & Production
Once approved, Your Final invoice is sent, and once payment is received, your artwork is sent to my trusted print partners. I work closely with suppliers I know and trust to ensure the highest quality results. Depending on your chosen print type, this can take 1β4 weeks.
8. Delivery
Once Iβve quality-checked your prints, Iβll carefully package and organise them as neededβsaving you valuable time before the big day. Orders are shipped with tracking provided.
