Thank you so much for your responses, just as I suspected, lots of my peers love to plan. Here is a planner I’ve used for a few years, which helps with my anxiety. In a world where burnout culture is normalised, it’s nice to plan your day- however simply you want. It’s based on prioritising 3 things for the day, it could be an order, email a client, do the laundry… whatever you wish, and you have your time slots on the right to see where you can fit this in. It’s extremely satisfying to review this at the end of the day and see all the things you’ve done- it gives me a great sense of accomplishment. I hope it serves you!
